Sequels I Saw Before the Original.

1. Temple of Doom and The Last Crusade: Always had my parents rent Temple of Doom for me when I was a kid. The Last Crusade I watched on USA whenever it was on. It wasn't till my senior year in high school that I finally saw Raiders of the Lost Ark because I dressed as Indiana Jones at school for Halloween and felt it wasn't right since I hadn't seen Raiders. Think I watched it three times in a row when I first saw it.
2. A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: The Dream Warriors: I caught this one on TNT or TBS one night back in elementary school. Probably on Monstervision, I don't remember. All I remember was it scared the shit out of me when the puppet turned into Freddy and walked around then grew into normal size and used the guys veins as strings. Turned out to be my favorite in the series.
3. My Girl 2: Think I only saw this because I was a huge fan of Last Action hero and the kid from that was in this. Now that I think about it, I'm not even sure I've seen the first one. I'll fix that later.
4. Ghostbusters 2: Saw this at a friends house during a sleepover. I was a dumb kid because the 5 years later at the beginning of the movie didn't concern me, and I wasn't asking what happened 5 years ago. I don't think I finally caught it until I made my first dvd purchase which was Ghostbusters. Still my favorite dvd, I love the main menu and all the special features.
5. Problem Child 2: USA Up All Night. The thing I miss most about the 90's, and Pogs, use to love those. Anyways, I remember watching it many Saturdays during the summer when I was a kid. It wasn't till a couple years later when one of my friends lent me his VHS copy that I finally saw the first one. I think I liked the 2nd one more just because I wanted Jr.'s bedroom.
6. Look Who's Talking Too/Now: I'm looking to fix this problem. But I must say that watching Now all these years since I was a kid, I was shocked and utterly stupified by the music video with a 5 year old french kid that showed up at the end of it when I watched it on Netflix last year. It blew my mind because I never knew it exsisted, I think I watched it 10 times in a row just because.
7. Superman II: I'm sorry but I'm glad I saw this one first because when I finally saw Superman The Movie, I was bored out of my mind. I have nothing against it now, I actually like it more now than I use to, I was just young and wanted more action than what was in the movie.
8. Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan: My first introduction to Jason Vorhees. This is one of my favorites in the series no matter how dumb or misleading the title is.
9. Child's Play 2: Another USA Up All Night. Again, I loved being a kid in the 90's. USA and TNT always had movie marathons on the weekend. I remember the first time I saw it I had nightmares but the 2nd viewing I fell in love with it. The toy factory finale is my favorite part of the entire series, just seeing all those Good Guy boxes made me wish I could go to Toys R Us or some kids store and get one.
10. Star Trek Generations: My first introduction into the Star Trek Universe. I remember seeing this back in 4th grade on a Friday night after coming home from the Jr. High for some all nighter thing that the elementary school had for the kids. It premiered on HBO that night and I watched it twice. Wasn't probably till 15 years later that I finally watched the Original series movies.
11. Dogma: Yes I know, it's not technically a sequel but part of a series set in the same universe with other movies. But I saw this long before I ever saw Clerks.

I assume STAR TREK doesn't count.

Star Trek has enough movies to get its own list. Thanks for the idea.
