Well, Jell-O, applesauce, and pudding for me the next couple days after having a Wisdom tooth removed. But, hey, at least I have the next few days off, so I can relax, play some video games and watch some movies.

Ah, the ole door with a string move. My great grandmother was a master of that when I was a youngster.

At least you might have pain killers. Those are always fun. Lol thanks for answering my question about frequency btw.

XSsoCX at 12:59 AM Nov 17

No pain killers, my friend, I try not to take anything like that. And, you're welcome for the answer.

I'm up and getting ready for a lovely appointment to have a broken tooth in the back of my mouth extracted in about an hour. And, I cannot wait because this little bastard has been bothersome for a month at least.. Wish me luck.
cobb at 10:42 AM Nov 16

good luck x

Thank you, Cobb.

I know nothing about "Ghost in the Shell" so I have to say that trailer had a big "Blade Runner" feel to me. It definitely looks interesting enough. I'll check it out sometime. Again, I am clueless with this franchise but, that's what popped into my head.

See the original 1995 anime film

The closest live-action equivalent would probably be THE MATRIX since it was kinda directly inspired by it

LelekPL at 09:11 AM Nov 14

I was never interested in the anime but the film does look interesting, at least some of it.

XSsoCX at 11:54 AM Nov 14

I don't like anime and I can't stand "The Matrix" movies so maybe this one won't be for me. Haha. That said, the trailer certainly intrigued me.

Hell of a win by my Trojans last night. Too bad we weren't playing like this at the beginning of the year. I don't think it would have mattered against Alabama but, probably the other two loses.

So the Harley Quinn solo film has now transformed into a "Birds of Prey" movie, with a number of different female heroes and villains throughout the D.C. Universe. While I was intrigued by a Harley movie, I think I like this idea more. Especially if it leads to awesome live action portrays of Barbara, Black Canary, The Huntress. And, I would love to see Harley and Poison Ivy on screen together. Maybe Evan Rachel Wood, Emma Watson, or Jane Levy as Pamela? I don't know who to put in the role but, I like the shift to "Birds of Prey".

When they first announced a Harley film, my first salivating thought was "Gotham Girls"; good to knew I underestimated the cast they'd be aiming for. Say what you will about the DCEU, but they ain't wasting a whole lot of time giving the ladies a spotlight.

"Encino Man" is streaming on Netflix!? Outstanding news, and absolutely one of my favorites growing up. It's not going to take away all my disappointment from yesterday but, damn it, it'll give me some escapism.
XSsoCX at 08:49 PM Nov 09

Glad to read I'm not alone in enjoying this film. They also have "Son in Law" streaming, so maybe a double feature.

HAIL_TO_THE_KING at 08:52 PM Nov 09

encino man and son in law now that's a double feature i can get behind

timmyd at 08:54 PM Nov 09

"Dr. Strange" was a fun watch, what a mind fuck at times. I really enjoyed myself with this one and I can't wait to see more of Mr. Dr.. Now, thanks to DVR, time for "The Walking Dead".

I bought some AXE body wash recently called "Island", and I like the scent and all but if I'm being completely honest I really got it because it reminded me of "LOST".
YoshioKun13 at 08:53 AM Nov 07

I wonder if they kinda got that idea from Kramer in SEINFELD when he came up with a cologne scent called "The Beach"
