Didn't like him in the very beginning but his pranks with Dwight really grew on me pretty quickly. Some of the show's best stuff is with Jim & Dwight.

Steve Carell's greatest performance hands down, and that's saying something. Michael Scott is my favorite dumb TV characters and probably one of the best well written/well acted characters ever.
