One more week till I hit up WWE Elimination Chamber! My first (and so far only) PPV experience was exactly ten years ago, WWF No Way Out, the night Hogan, Hall & Nash, as the original nWo, made their Federation returns.
To answer your question from the 15th, yes Bane's voice was hard to understand. Not so much in the this new trailer but in the prologue it was. Hopefully they fix it in post.
You truly deserve the moniker of "Emma Stone Caption Specialist". Every photo of Gif of Stone, I can always rely on you for a witty caption.
How do you feel about Legend of the Seeker the show and its casting?
Bridget Regan and Bruce Spence are good in my book, but they're not who I see when I read the novels, since by then I'd already conjured my own cast in my head. Craig Horner's a perfectly fine actor, but he never gives me a Richard vibe; in the books, Richard is described as a being fairly large in stature, whereas Horner often looks shorter and thinner than Regan.
And like I said in that in one post I made after I finished season two, the show was well-made and was fun for what it was, but there's a mountain of stuff from the books it missed the point of entirely. I know adaptations mean change, but I shouldn't be watching the pilot episode and counting the number of times I say, "Wrong!"
For example...
MAJOR SPOILER for the book Wizard's First Rule:
(I mean, you already know Richard beats Darken Rahl, but if you're a stickler for finding out how the old-fashioned way, stop reading.)
...
...Darken Rahl's goal in obtaining the boxes of Orden was to discover which one to open that would grant him power over all life and death. Richard, through his memorized knowledge of the Book of Counted Shadows (which neither Kahlan nor Zedd knew he possessed), tricks Rahl into opening the one that instead sends him to the underworld - he does this by making Rahl believe he's under the influence of the Confessor's power even though Richard has already realized he's immune to Kahlan's touch via his love for her. He beats Rahl utilizing the Wizard's First Rule: People will believe a lie if they want it to be true or fear that it could be.
LOL judging by status updates it looks like you and I both watched Deathly Hallows Part 1 last night! So great, wasn't it? You say you're tempted to watch Pt2 while it's still in theatres and I would strongly, strongly suggest you act on that temptation. If you're going to catch just one during its theatrical run, make it this one. It's your last chance, man. Go see it, enjoy it like the rest of the world, and you will always fondly look back on the experience. Hell, check it out in IMAX 3D. I did. And I'll usually go out of my way to AVOID seeing any movie in 3D. But it was pretty damn good, I have to say. If you're going to see it in theatres it may as well be in 3D because you can always watch it later on video in standard format. See it, see it, see it! Especially while Part 1 is still fresh in your mind.
I may not get a chance until next week (about to head out of town)...hopefully a theater in my area will still have it then.
Whenever I was watching Captain America and that ugly villain came up, I thought about you lol
Love your work, man. You're an amazing artist. Keep it up, you have a gift.

Oh crap, is that ginger porcupine CM Punk?
