I hope in the Avengers we get a scene, even if it's very brief, that shows us a bit of Black Widow's talent that she has that the others don't have. Like she could go undercover and break in to a building or something awesome that Thor probably couldn't get away with doing.
That'll be a lock for this movie.. I'm sure there will be multiple scenes like that for each specific Avenger that highlights what they individually bring to the group as a whole. They'll incorporate BW's espionage, Hawkeye's long range aim, The Hulk's size, etc.
I just can't wait anymore.. only 3 more months but it feels like eternity.

Actually they probably should mostly focus on this side of her - a spy. Because BW, Nick Fury and Hawkeye are the most out of place characters in there. I think they're going to get a silent mission to fullfill, that will be vital to the overal success of the Avengers... maybe rescuing one of the main superpowered heroes.
Because in the comics she's considered pretty much the #1 spy and can do all that stealth stuff including cracking safes/alarm systems/etc.
