Review:
Pros
-The acting was phenomenal by everyone involved. Olsen really impressed me. Dancy, who I've always been a huge fan of, was great and Paulson was superb as well (she is so underrated). All of the cult members were equally good.
Cons
- The flashback scenes were confusing, there was no clear indication when the plot switched from past to present. I know they did this on purpose, but I still didn't like it.
-It was a tiny bit slow.
-I hated the ending.
Also, warning to others, there ARE rape scenes. I wish I had been warned beforehand.
Thanks for informing about the Rape Scenes, because I have been reading a lot of post, about this movie, and nobody mentioned before. Yes, that is something we generally would like to know in advance.
