Said it before, but I hate it when people add a DVD collection. It is a horrendous part of MFC. Facebook allows you to hide types of wall post, would be nice to have that here as well
What MRSDATA said is absolutely true about all TYPES of feeds on the MFC, btw. You can choose to remove any feed from your WALL.
That said, what you're describing is actually a "bug" that we will eventually get fixed. Normally, it should show you only the 5 last DVD additions to a collection, with a message that says "This member also added 97 more DVDs, click here to see the rest" or something along those lines. Specifically to avoid the longer feeds. We're looking for a new programmer right now, but as soon as we find the person, they will fix this and some other bugs as well.
That is a really great piece of info to have. In it's current form, I really don't enjoy the DVD Collection system updates because of how much it takes up the home feed. It'll be great once that bug is fixed.
You can choose to not have DVD updates on your page/feed. Just go to account settings.
