Three movies (2 with Jay Mohr) I've never seen but really want to, maybe even blind-buy; SUICIDE KINGS, GO, and ANGEL HEART. You guys have any thoughts or mini-reviews on these?
By the way, to anyone who chimes in, thank ya very much! That goes out to you too Anakin. I've known about all 3 for far too long without having seen them.
GO is ok. SUICIDE KINGS is pretty good with an interesting twist. And ANGEL HEART is fantastic.
Go is an attempt to hip up the Pulp Fiction formula. Told through separate disconnected sub-plots, it takes place in one night and has a fairly entertaining premise to it. It's not a masterpiece, but it'll keep your attention.
I'm a big fan of Suicide Kings, but not exactly for Mohr. More because of Walken and Leary, who are both great in the movie.
Suicide Kings is actually really great IMO and it was all the more impressive because a lot of the cast is more known for their comedic performing and I thought their styles worked great with the movie. Denis Leary in particular blew me the fuck away.

Go is fantastic. Suicide Kings (If it's the mob one) isn't as smart or funny as it thinks it is but it's worth a look. Not seen Angel Heart but I hear it's great
