1. Dexter Morgan (Dexter)- One badass serial killer with a smartass attitude
2. Peyton Sawyer (One Tree Hill)- the lovely Hilarie Burton plays Peyton Sawyer for six seasons on OTH and even though the character always seems to get short end of the stick she still is always the most fastinating.
3. Cosmo Kramer (Seinfield)- the K-MAN always has the best parts within this classic show never a dull moment with the K-MAN.
4. Seth Cohen (the oc)- one very cool, smart and hilarious guy!
5. Phoebe Buffay (Friends)- Not the smartest crayon in the box but without a doubt the funniest.
6. Sheldon Cooper (Big Bang Theory)- Knock, knock Penny, Knock,knock Penny, Knock, knock Penny.
7. John Carter (E.R.) - Dr. Carter is one really cool guy and how can you not love the fun he brought to this epic show!
8. Bender (Futurama)- this is one wickedly funny robot.
9. Homer Simpson (The simpsons) - Duh-oh!
10. Brenda Walsh (Beverly Hills 90210)- yes schmoes i'm not afraid to admit i enjoy Beverly Hills 90210 (original) and i love Brenda Walsh.
