My main gripe about Man of Steel would probably be Zack Snyder, giving his best Michael Bay impression. Never gave me time to be emotionally invested in a scene. One minute Supes is saving the day, the next second he's visiting a graveyard. They didn't even try to transition scenes

Yeah, it does move fast.

And I did get a bit of a TRANSFORMERS feel off it. Not just in the FX department but even plot-wise what Zod wants to do with Earth, isn't that pretty much what the Decepticons wanted to do?
