Top 5 Movies of 2011

Attack-the-block-john-boyega-joe-cornish1

1. Attack the Block - The movie of the year that for me had everything. I laughed, I cried, I whooped and hollared. And at the end, I had a big smile on my face. It is also infinitely rewatchable.

2. X-Men First Class - Excellent performances and action scenes. A big movie with a lot of heart is hard to come by. Definitely a great new start.

3. I Saw the Devil - The ballsiest movie I have seen in more than one year. Extremely violent and completely engrossing.

4. Horrible Bosses - When it came to comedies, I had to go with how much I laughed, and I was just in stitches here. It was completely silly but I loved it.

5. Bridesmaids - Another great comedy with a cast of really funny ladies. Although a bit too long, the laughs are constant and the obligatory love subplot works well.

Awesome, dude. The Chiefs and Niners are my favorite teams. I've long been a fan of Joe Montana and I dig Steve Young. While the Chiefs stink up the field, it's good to see San Francisco make a playoff run. And the cool part is this is a young team who could dominate their division for a few years.
