Oh, The Joys of Working at a Literary Agency

I'm a huge Joblo fan. I'm on the site every day. However, I haven't been on here for a while (I vow to change that). Anywho, I wanted to share with you something I found hilarious. I work at a big Canadian talent agency called The Characters (I work in the writing/directing/DOP/etc.-representation part of it) and I get a lot of atrocious submissions at work. For those of you who don't understand the literary agency process, someone with a script can send us a 1-page synopsis for us to review it. If we like it, then we contact them and have them send along the full script. If we enjoy THAT, we either decided to represent them, or help their script get picked up by various production companies and so on.

So, I received a submission and almost died with laughter. Keep in mind that this guy IS serious...click to see it, I've circled the area that makes the story absolutely ridiculous:
