Valentine's Day was pretty good. Went to a nice dinner, topped the night off with hand holding and a slice of peanut butter pie. *Sigh* The perfect evening.

RUSTY'S DECREE: THOSE THAT LOVE "AVATAR": continue to do so. I shall NEVER view this film. NEVER. I will not be forced to see a movie that I'm told "you MUST SEE THIS!" simply to say I've seen it. I don't care for the plot, I'm not sold on the CGI marvelling and don't go in for the gimmickery of 3D films. If it wins Best Picture, it will be a sad in Hollywood. Pick a friggin film with substance. Not a franchisable movie with characters to be sold with McDonalds Happy Meals. NEVER. Thank you.
I refuse to watch any movie in the theaters which isn't offered in a 2-D version as an alternative option. But I also have hated Cameron for a long time (last thing I liked that he directed was TRUE LIES, I fucking LOATHED the boat movie) and am despondent that I can already predict a best picture win for this movie. Makes me want to never watch it too.
