Review:

Fantastic film. Bigelow knocked it out of the freakin park on this. Anyone who's ever been in the shit can relate to this. This is one of the best war movies I've ever seen. Sure Hollywood is in full effect and there's a lot dramatic and poetic lisence taken with how the EOD teams (the whole army) operates. They do a lot of stupid things here in the interest of furthering the plot. But I think the film captures the slow tension and the unknown perfectly. I loved every single frame of this.

If you haven't seen it. You owe it to yourself. I'm pissed that it didn't get a wider release in my town, which has 5 military bases in it! But then, maybe that's why.

Congrats to Bigelow and crew!
