Hey movie freaks, quick question for a story, why would anyone in your home town or you summon an ancient samurai?
Just because they're awesome. Who doesn't want a personal samurai? bonus points if it's a zombie!
For answers. Always answers. Or, to unlock some secret mystery or code for some adventurous purpose! :-p tee hee
For revenge. But, the summoner wants the avenger to be pure of heart and honorable. Perhaps, the summoner deludes himself that the revenge becomes honorable because the means of vengeance is.
Perhaps, the samurai rebels because he does not respect his master's intentions. Perhaps, the samurai (samurai="one who serves," perhaps) feels obligated to obey his summoner.

Thanks everyone, I got enough answers to create some sort of trilogy haha.
The idea is just a simple slasher but with a samurai and a sword. Just needed an excuse to bringing him to the present ;) while Im avoiding making it tongue in cheekish I think at the end, as to not over elaborate, it will indeed be just because of "shits and giggles"
