I'm watching Alcatraz and it's alot like LOST. It starts on an island and there is time travel and a lot of weird stuff in between. If it gets too weird I'm dumping it out of fear it will be another disappointing end like LOST.
DO NOT SEE Texas Killing Fields! It is a horrible movie. The story is all over the place, there are plenty of plot holes, and what I hate the most that this movie does is introduce characters that have no bearing on the main story at all!
The second movie in a year (the first being Blitz) that I saw that seems like a TV pitch condensed unsuccessfully into a movie
I was thinking the same thing after I saw it. It would have been better as a t.v. show, hopefully better than The Killings on AMC, that show blows to.
TOOL last night was a great show. Only an hour and a half long show but it was very energetic. If you have never seen Tool live check them out on this tour if you can.
Seeing Haywire tonight, very excited about this one. Could be a future oscar nominee, could be?
Southland season opener just kept getting better and better and the ending to the first episode reminded me of the ending to the first episode in Boardwalk Empire; that the season is going to be the best yet.
Everytime I watch this show, I always want more by the time the show's over.
Just started season 1 and it's fantastic. great stories, characters and phenomenal camera work!
"When Gotham is in ashes, then I will permit you to die." -Bane to Batman
I got a DVD for Christmas that included all the Psycho sequels, and I honestly thought they would be all garbage, but as it turns out they weren't that bad and the 4th one was actually my favorite. The 4th film looks back at Norman's up bringing with his mother. Anthony Perkins seemed to enjoy be Norman Bates in 1990 as much as he did in 1960.
I've never seen the sequels, but he was great in the original. The creepiness of the character was all in the dialogue.
Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol to end the year, Warrior to start the year.
Just got my girlfriend into Southland this season.
