My Favorite TV Birthday Moments

98190
1. George is a Coward (Seinfeld "The Fire"): George rises to the occasion when a fire breaks out during a girlfriend's son's birthday party as he pushes down an old woman, a clown, and a bunch of children to get out first.
2. Have the Rolling Stones Killed (The Simpsons "Rosebud"): The surly, depressed Burns orders the Rolling Stones to death, despite the fact that it was the Ramones who just insulted him.
3. Ron's Birthday Steak (Parks and Recreation "Eagleton"): A perfect way to celebrate Ron's birthday, with a steak, whiskey, and guy movies. A surprisingly sweet moment.
4. Troy Becomes a Man (Community "Mixology Certification"): A great episode for Donald Glover, the usually goofy Troy sees a side of his friends he's never seen before and truly becomes a man when he winds up taking care of all of them"
5. Song for Lisa (The Simpsons "Stark Raving Dad"): This is a beautiful moment between Bart and Lisa as Bart, with the help of Michael Jackson, sings a song especially for her.
6. Louie Meets Dane Cook (Louie "Oh Louie/Tickets"): Louie tries to get tickets to Lady Gaga for his daughter's birthday by confronting a real-life feud between he and Dane Cook. Dark as Louie is as usual.
7. Howard's Peanut Allergy (The Big Bang Theory "The Peanut Reaction"): Not a big fan of the show itself, but the reveal of Howard's face after he eats the peanut is a GREAT comedic moment.
8. Michael's Birthday (The Office "Michael's Birthday): Michael is at his usual petty antics when Kevin's cancer scare steals his thunder. We also get to see Steve Carell ice skate.
9. All the Birthdays (Friends "The One Where They All Turn Thirty"): An underrated episode, the writers smartly encapsulate all the groups reactions to their respective milestone birthdays.
10. Kitty's vision of Eric's Party (That 70s Show "Eric's Birthday"): The early episodes had great play with their character's imaginations and this one is classic, if for only the inclusion of the Littlest Hobo

Simpsons Quotes to Use in Everyday Life

Tumblr_lccp3ghqdw1qbdutjo1_400
1. "It's a ring-toss game!" (Alternate: "My cat's breath smells like cat food."): Use when something goes WAY over your head.
2. "Everything's coming up Milhouse!": Use when a string of good luck, no matter how small, befalls you.
3. "To alcohol: The cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems." (Alternate: "May all of your indiscretions be private"): When you need a good toast.
4. "On the bright side, I knocked over the Sun Sphere.": Use when you're just looking for a silver lining in an otherwise shitty situation.
5. "My dad's a pretty big wheel down at the cracker factory." : Use when people doubt your impressiveness.
6. "And that's when the CHUDs got me." : Use when wrapping up a long story of your plight.
7. "Wow! Look at the size of that platform!": Use when something other than the platform is really impressive.
8. "You'll have to speak up. I'm wearing a towel.": Use when you are having trouble hearing someone over the phone.
9. "Trying is the first step towards failure." : Use when someone advises you to try something you don't want to do.

The Misfit Toys in Order of Awesomeness

Wonderfulday
1. The Cowboy that Rides An Ostrich: Ostriches can run upwards of 45 MPH, so its still a viable means of conveyance.
2. Spotted Elephant: Are you drunk? No, but this stuffed animal will keep you guessing.
3. Water Pistol that Shoots Jelly: How many times have you been in a situation with all the peanut butter you can eat, a water pistol, and no jelly? I curse those days.
4. Bird that Doesn't Fly, He Swims: Fishing made easy.
5. Dolly For Sue: No discernable misfitness, other than the red hair. Gingers represent!
6. Choo-choo with Square Wheels: Not very practical, but everyone loves trains.
7. Boat that Can't Stay Afloat: Again, not practical, but his stutter gives him character.

My Christmas Must Watch List (Movies and Specials)

6a00d8345157b369e200e55071c85e8834-800wi
1. A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS: The greatest half-hour in television history, this classic touches on more adult themes than any other on this list. Charles Schulz has always dropped tons of crap onto his namesake and here, in one of the most frank and scathing depictions of the holiday and commercialism, he has his character go through a quixotic search for the true meaning of Christmas.
2. CHRISTMAS VACATION: I've always found Chevy Chase a bit overrated, but Christmas Vacation is the exception that proves the rule. Here, he plays Clark Griswold, the well-meaning father who just tries to make everyone's Christmas a great one, despite his own buffoonery. Classic lines, hilarious gags, and more importantly, a story we can all relate to.
3. RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER: Easily Rankin-Bass' best entry in their long list of holiday specials. It's a stop-motion cartoon on an epic scale: Abominable Snow Monsters, The Island of Misfit Toys, and the Storm of Storms. This is Homer's Odyssey with Santa Claus
4. DIE HARD: Pure Bad Assery. Often imitated, never bested. In a time of miracles, Hans Gruber gives you the F...B...I!
5. A CHRISTMAS STORY: Never has a movie captured what its like to be a child during Christmas like A Christmas Story does. The perfect gift just out of reach, the excitement that makes it impossible to sleep. There's no wonder why it plays all day.
6. HOME ALONE: A modern classic. Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern are hilarious (especially Stern) as the bumbling crooks.
7. SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN: Another Rankin-Bass entry. A clever telling of how Santa came to be and how all the traditions were created. And let's not forget: Burgermeister Meisterburger.
8. A MUPPET'S CHRISTMAS CAROL: As far as I'm concerned, this is the best adaptation of A Christmas Carol ever put to film. The songs, the lovable Muppets, and Michael Caine as Scrooge. What more can be asked?
9. JINGLE ALL THE WAY: Not a great film in the grand scheme of things, but it needs to be watched for the sheer insanity. Arnold punches a reindeer, then gets it drunk, Sinbad basically tries to murder a child, and the great Phil Hartman steals some scenes.
10. SCROOGED: Modernizing classics can be tricky, but they hit it out of the park with this one. Bill Murray is perfect here as he usually is. The film perfectly satirizes the me-first 80s mentality, so it comes off a teensy bit dated, but it never becomes an issue as the story itself has been told for well over a century.

PSUDelVec
PSUDelVec at 12:17 PM Nov 08

@WalkAway: Almost put Honey Ryder; would definitely make the top 20.

@Nite Owl: I thought she was cute in There's Something About Mary, but yes, she's never really come close to her blinding hotness in the mask.

@darthpaul: Yeah, this list is, for the most part, based on superficiality. Its more about the characters and the actresses that made those characters pure "Sex on Wheels" rather than likable. But Alabama is an interesting pick and would definitely fit that criteria; I just find Patricia Arquette's voice a bit of a turnoff.

On a side note, had Jessica Alba shown the goods in Sin City, she'd probably be #1. But strippers that don't strip is "muy malo" in my book so she barely stays on the list.

MY BADASS ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE TEAM

Shaun_of_the_dead_shaun_ed
1. Peter (Ken Foree, Dawn of the Dead) - This guy handles his shit like none other in a zombie apocalypse. Always level-headed and rarely misses with a gun.
2. Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson, Zombieland) - A little unhinged, but he's willing to take the necessary risks to survive.
3. Mikaela (Megan Fox, Transformers) - True, she's never dealt with zombies, but she's dealt with giant alien robots, she knows how to fix cars, and she bares a striking resemblance to Megan Fox.
4. Shaun and Ed (Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, Shaun of the Dead) - They don't really bring much to the table, but a zombie apocalypse is a pretty depressing state of affairs, so these guys will be a decent relief and a blast to get drunk with.
5. Pvt. Daniel Jackson (Barry Pepper, Saving Private Ryan) - Dude picked off Nazis like it was his job... because it was. If we get the high ground, he'll be tagging zombies like a regular Frederick Zoller.
6. MacReady (Kurt Russell, The Thing) - Kurt Russell himself is a badass. Give him a flamethrower and he's a pimp. And he's not shy about putting newly-turned zombies down.
7. Hit-Girl (Chloe Moretz, Kick Ass) - Perfect for close range combat, if things get a little hairy, I have confidence that she's gonna come through in the clutch.
8. Robert Neville (Charlton Heston, The Omega Man) - He's a doctor, which is important and he may, eventually, come up with a cure. Plus, he's less attractive than Will Smith in I AM LEGEND, so he's not gonna snatch up all the girls.
9. Witchita (Emma Stone, Zombieland) - A girl that can handle a gun is a luxury to have, but don't turn your back on her.
10. Kelly Brook (Kelly Brook, in real life) - Why? Why not?

I was going to put others in movies that I haven't seen, like Mary Elizabeth Winstead, but it was a slippery slope of hotties that I hadn't seen enough footage from their respective movies to make a judgment call.

DISHONORABLE MENTION: Lindsay Lohan - Machete

Top 10 Interesting Facts about Me

1. The first CD I ever bought with my own money was Nirvana's Nevermind.
2. The first R-rated movie I watched was Terminator 2: Judgment Day. I randomly remember that this was the same night that The Simpsons' episode 'When Flanders Failed' originally aired. According to IMDB, that was October 3, 1991.
3. In 2007, my senior film was accepted to a film festival in Iowa. Two friends and I drove 1200 miles and took three days to get to Des Moines. When we got to the festival, one other person was there.
4. I worked video for the 2008 New York Film Festival and got to take pics with Mickey Rourke and Steven Soderbergh, interviewed Angelina Jolie, Darren Aronofsky, and Evan Rachel Wood, and got to shake Clint Eastwood's hand.
5. For the past year, I have been writing and making comedy shorts with a few friends. We are currently on youtube and facebook and are awaiting the completion of our website.
6. Until this past February, I had never been in a single fight in my life. I was neither drunk, nor was it over a girl, but in a true Jersey cliche, it happened on the streets of Seaside Heights.
7. A friend and I went to a local dive bar and walked in on Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society, Former Ozzy Guitarist, most famous alum of my high school) singing karaoke. He sang terribly, said he was going to jail in the morning, and we finally left during his fourth or fifth rendition of 'Leather and Lace', which is apparently a duet between Don Henley and Stevie Nicks.
8. I won a screenplay competition with the first feature-length script I ever wrote.
9. I was really terrified of two things as a child: the end of 'Thriller' (The cat eyes and Vincent Price's laugh) and an Anti-Fur commercial featuring supermodels covered in blood on the runway.
10. I am currently trying to save money to move to California.

This is based solely on the superficial. Neither acting nor quality of show factored into the list.

Note on 12: In my minimal IMDB searching of the 90210 reboot, I couldn't tell the difference between Shenae Grimes, Jessica Stroup, and Jessica Lowndes. So, instead of playing three card monty, I chose one of my first crushes.

"She was fifteen years old, going on thirty-five, Doc, and she told me she was eighteen, she was very willing, I practically had to take to sewing my pants shut. Between you and me, uh, she might have been fifteen, but when you get that little red beaver right up there in front of you, I don't think it's crazy at all and I don't think you do either. No man alive could resist that, and that's why I got into jail to begin with. And now they're telling me I'm crazy over here because I don't sit there like a goddamn vegetable. Don't make a bit of sense to me. If that's what being crazy is, then I'm senseless, out of it, gone-down-the-road, wacko. But no more, no less, that's it."
