I watched a weird, weird, weird film last night... The movie is "Sick Nurses", from Thailand (2007). It was included in a set I bought at HMV for 10$ a while back with "Timecrimes" and "Let the Right One In". It's basically a ghost story mixed with human organs trafficking and social commentary (during the making-of, one of the directors says they've exaggerated this part) about women being obsessed with beauty and their weight... Don't try to make any sense out of it, it's crazy like that! The movie almost starts straight with the hauntings and then we're told in flashbacks why this is happening. To be honest, I often found myself laughing or throwing my hands up during the 82 minutes of this film. I mean, it's just weird. There are some good gore gags and instead of having a CGI ghost with black hair, they actually body-painted a girl with black hair in black. The result is cool but what they do with her is, how can I say... weird!
