Aside from the obvious problems with season 3 like Nikki and Paulo, the slow first half and The Episode That Shall Not Be Named, by biggest issue with Lost season 3 - and this is a SPOILER ALERT - is what they did to Mr Eko, even now Eko is still my favourite character and there was so much of his story left to tell, it's a damn shame they did that
