So Nick has commissioned the guys who brought us the Avatar series to make a new series called "AVATAR THE LEGEND OF KORRA". To debut in 2011, Ive heard its about Aang's daughter, and Ive heard that Korra is the next Avatar (Which would mean Aang is dead, and I cant say Im thrilled about that).
Im not comfortable with this idea of this "mini series". If they werent going to tie up the loose ends from the original, then they shouldve just left it alone. Its the characters of the original series that made it worth a damn and if theyre gone (especially Aang) why bother even watching? ... Sadly I will end up watching it anyway
I think this sounds just wonderful. I like to think that Aang's story is over, I know all I need to know about his character.
I also imagine we will learn about the fates of our favorite characters throughout the run of the new series. I am pumped to go back to that world.
I'm not sad they're moving on. As OKMovieFan said, Aang's arc is over. He's finished. I want to see other people, I just hope it's entertaining.
I agree Snake. Yet I must admit I am intrigued with this new story. So i'll keep an open mind. Who knows, they might bring him back once the series takes off a little.

Theyre releasing Batman Beyond The Complete Series (Limited Edition) in Nov. Its packaged exactly like BTAS Complete Series was but what I dont get is why at the same damn price? Its not as good as BTAS and it has half as many episodes. Personally that should translate to half the price
I have watched with my boys but could never really get into it. I would like to get the entire original Animated Series on blu-Ray if it exists.

One hour of the Watchmen motion comic down, four to go. I was skeptical about motion comics but I have to say not bad. Though I wish they had splurged and gotten more than one voice actor. At least a woman to do the female parts
Motion comics are such a cheat and ruin any imagination you have when reading a comic, In comics they give you A and C, you have to fill in B. You have to imagine what happens between the panels and how this panel turned into that one.
I view it as something like one of the Batman animated movies based on the comic. And I never imagine in between panels anyway.
I'm not much of a fan of the Motion Comics. You're still missing important content like the articles between the chapters. At that point, you might as well just read the Graphic Novel and use your time in that.
And a dude doing the women voices is just plain weird. It took me out of it.

Watched TF2 again and literally timed the last fight between Optimus and Fallen, it was about a minute long. Talk about one of the most anticlimactic fights in film. And on the subject of Fox, there's no way, after all that you finally said you loved me crap, that the replacement of her will be smooth and clean. I stand by my statement of wtf, after all the shit they went through, would make one leave the other
At first Rosie was set to play the same character.. which would you have preferred? Another actress same role? Or another girlfriend for Sam Witiwickiwiii...?

Canceled and went with Cars 2 at that. Their reasoning was to make room for their next 3 movies
Awesome, thanks for the link. I heard the reason it was canceled was because it was too similar plotwise to that shitty Alpha and Omega animated movie that's coming out this year. I don't know if that's true or not, but I'm bummed that we missed out on NEWT.
I mean, it looks Pixar-y and adorable, but the plot sounded pretty boring. So I'm glad they didn't go through with it.

Well, if his wife Tiny doesn't have a record and she doesn't want him to go back to jail I imagine she'd tried to take the wrap for it. But he is stupid for being around/carrying drugs while still being on probation.
I hate TI, he and his crew shot up my local highway and that's why his bitch ass deserves to be in jail. He ain't no gangsta, Wayne's the real gangsta, not that being a "gangsta" is a good thing, but TI is lame as lame can be.
