HEAT and Collateral are so fucking good, so what the fuck happened with Miami Vice, Michael Mann? I've tried, numerous times with that movie, but despite one or two good scenes, it's just snooze-ville. Public Enemies leans toward the snooze button as well, but at least Depp and Bale keep it interesting.
