Rick should have known better not to trust those people after all the things they've been through and seen.(scavengers)

Saw Need for Speed....liked it a lot. The review on Joblo is terrible in my opinion. If you like action movies and awesome cars, you will like it. Nobody sees a NEED FOR SPEED MOVIE FOR THE PLOT. Aaron Paul is amazing in it, in addition to no CGI at all, some crazy stunts. Maybe Im just an action junkie..

I had a great time too. I didn't have a problem at all with the plot, and actually found it really refreshing that the movie was serious. I mean it did have its comedic moments (which were more effective than I thought they'd be) but the serious tone of the movie actually made me get more into it, unlike OTT joke-packed fluff like Fast and Furious 6 or something. I'd be down for a sequel!

The Running Man is just an underrated Arnold gem. Great sci fi story by Philip K Dick if Im not mistaken?

You might be thinking of Total Recall, munson, which was based on a Philip k. dick novel. Running man was King, back when he used Richard Bachman as his name.

Is the movie market over saturated with comic book movies? When is the breaking point? (from a viewer perspective, obviously these movies make tons of money)

I'm always up for a good movie no matter where it comes from

The breaking point would be when there are as many comic book movies coming out as there are movies based on other books. Which will probably never happen.

I don't think it's a problem of quantity, but a problem with quality. I'll get tired when I stop enjoying them (and I do not enjoy some of them, but when the tables tilt in the negative side so heavily for a long period of time, it may cause me to lose hope in all of them, or at least get sick of them in general for a while)

Loved True Detective finale. Its been said many times, but the scene with MM at the end....dude is a brilliant actor.

he is, I really really really think Woody was just fantastic in the show as well though, he definitely deserves some recognition

WOODY was superb, but when you next to the performance MM, gave its hard to look anywhere else.

@Munson the last scene with MM, I felt it too. I was there in spirit. That was a great send off.

@Fella - I agree to a certain extent, I honestly don't think McConaughey's performance was THAT much better than Woody's, I thought they both gave tremendous performances, it's just easy to get hooked on McConaughey's performance because his character is more out there and crazy whereas Woody is playing more of the everyman, though not without his quirks. In some ways I think that makes it harder for Woody to put in a performance that good and with that kind of makes his performance just as impressive if not more.

Random thought: One thing I love about Cranston's performance in Breaking Bad (among dozens of things) is how horrifying his cough sounds. That really sounds like a crippling cough that can be caused by cancer. Its just a small thing but effective.

True Detective is just fantastic. It will be tough to find two better actors to replace these two next season.
