Just picked up the LOTR Extended Trilogy on Blu Ray; 5-disc set per film! The reason I'm so excited is that I've purposefully held off from watching since I last saw it on reg. dvd. years ago, I can't wait to watch all 3 in hi-def w/ surround sound. I might be MIA for an entire day. For GONDOR!!!!!

So... I thought I was meeting Robyn (song: Call Your Girlfriend) today on the WB Lot.... Turns out it was Miley Cyrus.
She looked very sad and embarrassed and ran into the soundstage ,and then her assistant gave me this look of disgust, like I should be ashamed for myself for not knowing or recognizing her.

So... Last night I was at bar drinking (great start, right?). The 2 guys next to me (I soon discover) do the visual-fx for TWILIGHT, chest-glitter and all. They told me that ILM came up with 400 different iterations of the glitter effect before settling on the one featured. I'd sure as hell have nightmares.
Shit's cray cray, right!?
