#10 Hogan is not a bad idea. Fans would not initially expect his inclusion. And, Hulk Hogan represents an action star in many, many ways. Jesse Ventura might be another good one with a similar career history.

#6 Tom Hardy is a good choice. Action fans are always stating that the genre needs to pass the torch to a younger generation of action stars. The Rock is already recognized. However, Hardy is not yet doing traditional action movies. He is always doing related genres well such as Warrior, The Dark Knight Rises, Lawless, This Means War, and Inception. Perhaps, he could do both The Expendables 3 and Mad Max: Fury Road in the coming years, and such box-office presence could establish him as an action icon.

Yes to HellBoy 3. Spawn needs a reboot if it's gonna work. There was a Crow 3, and a 4. They both really sucked. If done right HE-MAN could be amazing. No thanks on Ghostbusters 3 though, the time for that has long passed.
