When are people going to understand movies like Blair Witch and Paranormal Activity?? Those movies really work for a certain kind of person - and for those it doesn't "work" for, it really doesn't work. So they are love-it-or-hate-it movies. You ever met someone who "sort of" liked one of those movies? No.

So all of you who don't like those movies, fine, don't like them. I don't understand the anger it generates though - just calm down!

Don't you like any movies that most people don't like or don't get? Yes? So why are you shitting on people just like you?

Review:

This movie propels Sly to a new level, he made this movie come together at the time where most people thought action had become a shitty John Cena movie. This is a movie every man, woman, and child needs to see, if you have ever wondered could terry crews throw a bomb and have Sylvester Stallone shoot it would it explode, and the answer is a resounding yes. Action and one liners galore, the only back story one needs is the names of the actors themselves, it's a laundry list of the greatest action heroes of all time and an MMA legend. Stone Cold is Stone Cold and Eric Roberts is an asshole. this movie proves that action has not died it has just lay dormant in the steroid shrunken testees of Sly Stallone, waiting for judgment day to arrive. And folks, it has arrived in HEAT.

But where was Michael Jai White, Sly needs to watch Black Dynamite and put his ass in the sequel

Respect Gary Oldman

As I sit in the advent of Expendable I ponder on one of my favorite actors, Gary Oldman. Gary needs more respect, I wanna see him in a role where he can win an Oscar, you cannot find a better actor to play a supporting role. Personally he should have won one for State of Grace as a crazy drunk irish gangster. If you haven't seen it, give it a view it was overlooked because of Godfather # and Goodfellas, but it stands as a great Irish gangster film. Gary deserves better than the Unborn, an Oscar is what Gary should be in the running for.
