Thanks to Reel Action I checked out To Live And Die In L.A. last night. I enjoyed it. But Willem Dafoe would've made an excellent Joker in his younger days.

LUCKY DENVER'S LATEST ACTIVITY
Playing Final Fantasy XIII. Addicting as hell. I can see my days off disappearing into a haze of soda, snacks and Cocoon,
Just finished the main quest in Fallout 3. Kind of wish I had ended it with better karma though. Damn Paradise Falls!
Congrats to Kathryn Bigelow and The Hurt Locker!
Alice In Wonderland was a good movie that never bowled me over. I enjoyed it a lot but I didn't love it.
Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever - 3/4
It didn't have much of a plot per-se but it had enough ooey, gooey goods to keep me entertained. Also, it brought me really close to puking on at least two occassions. Fun times.
Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day 3/4
It felt more like an homage to the first than an actual sequel at times but seeing the McManus brothers do their thing again was a treat. Add to that an absolutely smoking Julie Benz and a hilarious Clifton Collins Jr and it made for an easy night at the movies. I'd be down with a third (and final) outing with the boys. Just don't take another decade!
Legion was fun times and not much else. The characters were by the numbers but it had enough excitement and out there moments to make it worth while. 3/4
Dahmer (2002) - 2/4
Jeremy Renner did the best he could and was the saving grace of the film. The rest was abysmal. Blah.
I thought she was the only thing that was good in this otherwise pile of shit. I also want to do very naughty things to her.
Jekupka, while I didn't find it to be a pile of shit, I was definitely disappointed. A few creepy moments but I was never scared. But she has the look I dig in a woman, so looking at her for 90 minutes made it worth while.
I'm finding it harder and harder to enjoy being a wrestling fan.
In a rare feat, The Hurt Locker lived up to the hype.
Imaginarium Of Dr. Parnassus 6/10
Strider, I'd recommend it. Especially if you're a fan of Ledger and Gilliam.
I am a fan of both. So I will definitely see it...maybe today or tomorrow. I just hope I can find a theater close by that's playing it.
I wish Nolan would just say he is or isn't coming back for a third installment of Batman. I understand if he doesn't, as it was clear he had plans for the third one involving Heath as the Joker. I, and I'm sure the rest of the fanboy (and fangirl) community want to know either way. I just want to hear it straight from the man himself. Yes or no.

Good observation on Dafoe. And I love that movie, I think despite its soundtrack, it still holds up.
