Loved Carrey as Riddler. Ledger was great as well. I actually dug Carell as Maxwell Smart and really enjoyed Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark performance as well. Agree with 7 (though one of these times they outta cast you know... a CANADIAN!) and 9... and 10... and especially 8! so yeah, I think this is an awesome list :P
I dunno about ray park. It could've been anybody in that uniform. I don't see that he added anything.
I disagree about Carey as Riddler. He played a stupid Joker clown as opposed to the obsessive but exacting persona the Riddler actually has.
Ray Park is short, kick ass with a sword and doesn't talk. That's Snake-Eyes.
I think Carrey took Frank Gorshin's Riddler and amped it up several levels.
Again, these aren't just any movies. These are characters I really enjoyed before they appeared on the big screen.
