Did anybody happen to catch Doctor Who on Saturday? Curious what you guys thought. So far, I'm digging Clara as a companion.

I LOVED it! :) I think it perfectly set the seeds for what is to come and the mystery surrounding Clara is a fabulous one that has me scratching my head...and as a companion, I'm already in love with Clara. Her chemistry with the Doctor is threw the roof and their banter is just perfection!

I'm quite relieved that April Fools is over... I pretty much avoided the internet like the plague, yesterday. Anyway... back to our regular scheduled programming!

So, now I hear there's a Supernatural version of the Harlem Shake. It could be funny trying to picture Jensen & Jared goofing off to this, but really, I can't stand these trends. First, Gangnam Style, and now this. This madness needs to just end, already!!

Reasons I haven't been to the movie theater in ages & that I'm out of the loop on new releases:

1. BROKE

2. Movies only available in 3D cost more than standard ones.

3. NO MONEY

4. Ticket prices seem significantly higher now-a-days.

5. TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE

6. The holidays wiped me out these past couple of months = less disposable income!

7. ARE YOU KIDDING? I CAN'T AFFORD THIS SHIT!!!

8. The only movie I got to see in theaters for the past 2 or 3 months was Django Unchained. There was no way I was missing that one! I made an exception for that one.

9. WHY THE HELL DO THEY HAVE TO COST SO EFFIN MUCH??

10. Even if I did have the funds, there's just not enough time to go these days.

11. DID I MENTION... BROKE!!!!

12. I'm putting aside more $$ to see some of the future awesomeness that is to come.

Thanks guys and gals for not thinking I'm lame for not being able to partake in a normal pastime! haha Seriously, it's such a balance of trying to make ends meet vs. entertainment. What would I do if it weren't for Netflix?! :-p Btw, miss you all! :-)
