Here's the thing about Child's Play 3, the original two films were scary because Andy was a kid and no one would help him escape from Chucky. So it wasn't unreasonable that this demonic doll could take him down.
Now Andy's a teenager. In military school. If Andy's anything like the kids I know that went to military school, they were using dolls like Chucky for target practice; not vice versa. He's a fucking doll. Hack off his arms and drop kick the mother fucker into the ocean. A teenager who's afraid of dolls is more embarrassing than one who plays with them.
Much like the previous film, there isn't much acting talent to speak of and now all of the aesthetic charm has been replaced with lame kills and painfully bad actors. I see why they dropped the Child's Play name after this film disgraced it so.

I'm down with the whole Child's Play series, but I must say that this one is terrible. It's like a PG movie concept, with R rated characters and it just felt stupid. The whole him going off to the boot camp school, I don't know, I mean I still own it, and enjoy it. But damn...
