No no, Conan O'Brien can't use character the Masturbating Bear anymore so he replaced it with Self Pleasuring Panda.
This is great. The masturbating bear from the Late Night show with Conan was/is one of the funniest skits/characters I've ever seen in my life, period. Especially when Carrie Fisher came on and froze him in carbonite like Han Solo for the last episode of the show. This video only reminds of what once was :[
