I know he's a crackpot but I've always defended him - and he kept his cool pretty well-
I'm consistently blown away by how CALM he is throughout the entire affair. I mean, most people would be 'jarred' or at the very least, pissed off at the dude, but Tom is basically just "trying to figure out WHY" he did that. Even when he calls him a "jerk" in the end, he's pragmatic about it: "You sir, are a jerk." Cool under pressure.

I remember when this happened. It was such a stupid thing to do. That jerk was probably thinking Cruise would run or something. I love that he not only stood his ground but called this punk out and broke him down. I am not a fan of his religious beliefs but there is no denying; Tom Cruise is The Man! LoL
