Thanksgiving needs a horror flick, and not just a faux trailer of one.
Shitty Horror flick from the 80's - Home Sweet Home is the only other one besides ThanksKilling that comes to mind....and Dutch.
There is one with nearly 28 sequels. It's called "Thanksgiving With Servo's Family"

I get how everybody likes different things, but the other day a friend of mine said that he hated Jessica Lange. I get maybe not liking all her films or whatever, but to hate her. IMHO she is by FAR one of the best actresses working today, but you know what they say, to each his/her own.
So that makes me wonder, who do you hate (or strongly dislike) that everybody loves? For me, I would probably have to say Sean Connery, I don't hate him, but I'm not a big fan.
Not a big fan of Zooey Deschanel, which is akin to blasphemy round here.

I go out driving just to find the most elaborate decor. It's the best time of year dude! Halloween needs to be once a month...at least.

I said on Jim Law's status that movie really screwed with me days after I saw it, just heartbreaking.
Didn't the sappy music get on your nerves, though? He really shortchanged his own movie overdoing it like that.
It's been awhile, so I don't remember the music off hand. However, it didn't bother me at the time. I think I was just so swept up in the story that if it did bother me it was a minor annoyance.

I've heard so many great things about "Modern Family" so I checked it out. Sadly, I don't get the love for this show. It wasn't funny, just dumb stereotypes getting on each others nerves. I guess it just isn't my thing.
i enjoy Modern Family sometimes so i understand you not loving it i also checked out parks and rec after hearing great things and i didnt like it one bit and didnt find it funny.
I guess it's like anything else right, it is easy to watch one episode and not really take it in. And sadly, I'm not a huge sitcom fan. I do love "The New Girl" so far though!
I don't get Modern Family either. I remember trying to watch it when that super family show with Michael Chiklis was in and I didn't laugh once. I am getting into Once Upon A Time and Grimm though. And, House rocks.
And, I just got into Big Bang Theory. ;)

As a fan of the Paranormal Activity series, part 3 definitely exceeded my expectations. I was utterly surprised that they were able to make it work as well as it does. Also, if you are not a fan of the first two, this one may please you a tad more because there is more going on early in the film.
Yes! I am going to check this out as soon as it's released. So happy to hear that it's good, which doesn't happen too often by the second sequel... to just about anything.
I will probably end up watching it. Glad it exceeded. Lately I've been watching less content on the web so I can be surprised. I hardly saw any marketing for this, so hopefully I will like it.

It's been a strange Eighties flashback for me this past couple of weeks. Watched both FOOTLOOSE and THE THING, plus the originals...
Footloose looks like absolute GARBAGE, but I can't wait to see The Thing prequel! Not expecting it to be as good as the Kurt Russell remake which is one of my favourites, but I just wanna dive back into that world again and what better way than with new tech and a prequel storyline connecting the pieces, should be fun!
I've read mixed reactions on The Thing remake, but as long as it is not cringe worthy stuff then I am game.
I was shocked, but I really dug Footloose. Didn't see that happening at all. I am working on my THE THING review today so it should be posted next couple of days.
