After another 3 hour Podcast and an hour post-piss-up we have finally selected our February Commentrary. It is a classic romantic comedy. With zombies.
Great commentary on Die Hard. Always insightful & hilarious. Next up Cloverfield. . .
hey Jim Law love the joblo movie podcast, been getting into it recently, have yall ever done anything about animated movies? Like a segment discussing your favorites or some shit. just a thought
Sir, I am a Pixar whore. There's been plenty of drunken animated movie conversations over the years. We even interview Pixar Creative Chief, John Lasseter.

Thanks for coming aboard, yo!
You guys won't regret Boss. It gets a littl ecomplicated and kind fo heavy-handed at times and you might not know what the fuck is going on haha but it's worth watching if only for Kelsey Grammer's performance. FYI, it just wrapped up its first 8 episode season last Friday! Enjoy
You sir have got the touch when it comes to TV shows. First, Homeland now Life's Too Short? I was laughing so fucking hard at liam neesons improv. wow! I'm afraid to start Friday Night Lights now becuas eit might just be too good to handle based on your reocmendation!
how fucking amazing was the final scene in sunday's Homeland?! God damn. another reason why it's easily the best new show on tv!
Loved the Halloween commentary. By the way, fast forward this to 1:35 and enjoy:
Hey Law! Great job on the Halloween commentary! Hope you have a great Halloween weekend!
good news: Homeland has been renewed for a second season. 4 episodes in and it's stil la fantastic show. by the way, you checked out the first Boss episode? great drama!
Haven't heard much about BOSS other than from you. I'll check it out. Thanks. Homeland rocks.
the rum diary was written in the early 1960,s but was not published untill 1998
If you'Re looking for another political (but with something more going on than just what you see) drama TV show to go along with Homeland, check the pilot that Gus Van Sant directed for the new show Boss with Kelsey Grammer. It was pretty damn cool. Should be interesting to see how this all folds out. Plus, hearing Frasier drop f-bombs is always fun!
You guys better start copyrighting movie jail because there was a mention of it in an article regarding Kate Hudson in this week's Entertainement Weekly!
During the new ending song on the podcast another great song came to mind when listeing to it...
Wow, great call on Homeland. That was an excellent first episode. It was grittier and more violent than i thought it would be. the premise sounds like it will make for one of the most addictive shows this season. keep those recomendations coming (along with the kick ass podcasts), good sir!
Stay off my wall, Moreno. You stink like booze rags.
Glad you liked the show, e-dark, can't wait for it to officially begin.
Just got done watching Scarface AND listenign to your commentary at the same time and holy fuck you guys had me laughing out loud with all the hair/clothes jokes and the non-athletic extras mentions. and, while I'm sure you found out by now, that creepy dude that puts the toaster under the car was the creepy drug addict with the fat wife in that shit hole house in Gone Baby Gone. He was also in Oz (Antonio Nappa)! Keep up the awesome work guys!
So after you mentioned the whole Han Solo in carbonite on the illustration I posted, I went looking for a cool illustration... instead, all I found was this awesome custom My Little Pony which is equally awesome!
I gotta be honest, this movie jail business has a shelf life, it'll jump the shark eventually, but not yet!!!. Law, that theatre story had me howling with laughter, good job, sir. Thanks for the audio.
im ref to the demi moore picture...i know it...BUT she's been preggo 3 times...and it's still forgettable...nowadays...a famous person has an unconfirmed baby bump and the world stops spinning...she has 3 kids, and 1 of the pics is famous...and i dont even remember anything but that image...3 kids...1 image...other kids...other kids in utero got jipped!
MOVIE JAIL: DeNiro and Pacino should defnitely go to movie jail. They're like the serial killers you did'nt know were living next door for 30 years. Thier earlier films are what you refer to when you tell the cops "They always seemed so nice". They're recent films are the 50 dead kids the police find raped, murdered and buried in the basement of they're house.
Thank you for the perfect description fo the Final Destination 5 gymnastic death scene. Borught back some awesome memories of me and my buddies laughing our asses off in the theater. My favorite part of that scene is after she gets pretzeled, some dumb ass in the crowd yells out: ''Don't touch her! Don't move her!''! haha, yeah you don't want more spine or neck damage!
Can't believe you've seen Foo Fighters live 4 times. I Everlong to kick you in the face.
My chick says you lost weight. We wanna know if you have AIDS.
Ha! I just burst out laughing at work. It's the first thing anybody has heard me say in 4 years.
Yes. AIDS.
Thanks for recomending Hot Coffee. It knocked me flat on my ass from minute one. never thought i could see the spilt coffee lawsuit from another perspective liek that. very eye opening and enraging and thought provocing documentary. Keep those great recomendations coming and keep up your awesome work on the podcast. week after week it never disapoints
Friday NIght Lights got alot of Emmy love man! You're the only other FNL fan on here I know so I had to post something here about it.
Yesterday I saw and old interview of Salma Hayek in the program "Inside the Actor's studio"... you Sir came to my mind almost instantly, I was thinking in share it over here but you may be on Vacation and I was not sure if you already saw it anyway. She is cool.
Some Toy Story Behind the scenes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TToB4sBnDHs
Thanks for recomemnding Kill the Irishman on your podcast! Fucking awesome. it was more awesome than the ammount of bombs that went off in Cleveland that summer! No wonder Lebron wanted to leave hehe!
Nice! Gotta love some old school ass kickin in your films once in a while.
Since you've mentioned before that Daredevil is your favorite (or one of your favorites) comic book characters, I was wondering if you could recommend a graphic novel/compilation with him that I could get as a nice introduction to the character. I've been meaning to start reading some of his comics because well all i know about him so far is what Ben Affleck showed me!
p.s. When you kept repeating ''Banderas'' in the podcast i nearly lost in my cubicle at work! Well done, sir!
Fucking awesome podcast, your constant laughing kills me everytime :-)
Dude I forgot to tell you that when I first walked into comic con I was greeted by Ian Ziering, lol. Well not really greeted. He was walking to the doors and gave a huge smile hello, lol. I couldn't stop laughing.
You gotta watch JimmyO's interview w/ the director of Bridesmaids.
They say the word RELATABLE like a dozen times, and I laughed my ass off every time just thinking about Mike Sampson's quote!
Apparently Mike has some serious influence!
Thank you sir for making me realize that there is a movie out there called Swamp Shark. Great way to finish my weekend! Cheese-filled awesomeness. Only Boggs's mustache could'Ve made this better!
Qucik very random question Mr. Law : which podcast episode is it that you and Moreno talk about The Room? Yeah, I know, why the fuck is this French-Canadian dude asking me this weird ass question. thanks for trying to answer
haha thanks for the tip moreno. byt he way, chicago looked fantastic in Source Code. Duncan Jones made it look even better then usual! Props to you and your hometwon!
FYI, and this message might go completely unnoticed, but I found the podcast. It was the reboot mania podcast from february 15th 2010.
and before you ask, no i dont listen to your archived podacast while i work .. ok you got me I do. you guys are awesome and make me laugh out loud whiel i work. makes the seriousness of my job a bit easier to take
Last month I was putting together a special birthday clip for you that prominently featured various utterances of the word "Law" from the Judge Dredd movie but I obviously didn't finish it in time. I'm just gonna tell you about it now... do I still get credit?
You will finish this project. You will finish it right now. And then I shall watch it and cry.

Thanks for asking, yo! I write them every other week, as always. Last week's is right here:
