Hi, I'm Jake!

I think my username says it all but in case the obvious hasn't been deduced and for some reason you're bored let's talk about me.

I am told I was born at an early age ... I think I was about nine months old at the time but there are some conflicting reports. I then proceeded to grow up on a farm, yup a farm. It is at this monastery of manliness far miles from civilization that I honed my skills as both a hayseed hick and an all around good guy (mostly the latter) competent with both a tractor and a hackneyed joke when necessary.

I then done did that whole "college" thing majoring in history with a minor in anthropology and now I'm just surviving the real world. I spend most of my day toiling in the great outdoors, there are worse things than farming ... probably.

Where was I? Early age, farmboy, good guy ...
