I had a pretty nice Birthday weekend. I went to Outback Steakhouse with the whole family on Friday because I've always wanted to go there and the food was great and I'm glad I finally got a chance to go there. Saturday was kind of a disappointment because my mom and I went to this Improv comedy thing called ComedySportz and it was pretty meh and not worth the trouble it took to get there. But then it got better on Sunday when my mom, my cousin, and I went to the Movie Tavern to see Girls Trip just because it looked funny to me and I wanted to go one of those dine-in theaters. It was a pretty funny movie and the food was delicious. Overall, with the exception of one not so great day, I had fun spending time with the family.

Encino Man is an often forgotten movie. Your 5/10 rating might indicate why.
Your 10/10 praise of 20th Century Women catches a person's attention. Possibly, any Schmoe must catch this movie. The trailer looked good.

Good stuff. Was it Christopher Nolan's Following? I've got to watch Bill Burr: Walk Your Way Out.

@grelber37: I really wanted to like Encino Man more but there's not enough there to make it a memorable experience. Brendan Fraser and Pauly Shore are good though.
20th Century Women was exactly what I wanted from the trailer and more. It's a really great period piece/character study and I thought Annette Bening was incredible in it.

@Bitto529: Thanks. Yes, it's the Nolan Following that was on Netflix. The Bill Burr special was probably my least favorite of his specials but it's still very funny.
