More like Richard Donner and Zack Snyder, but I see what you mean ;) I haven't watched the trailer yet (trying not to) but I heard about the mid air fights and am stoked, I imagine it'll be similar to the Neo/Smith one at the climax of The Matrix Revolutions, can't wait!!

Watching 1971's Panic in Needle Park. It's heartbreaking to see Pacino portraying a guy charismatic enough to reel a young woman in to end up ruining her life. The real life scenes of people shooting up are also brutal to watch.

I remember the first time a "Siskel & Ebert give it two thumbs up" jumped out at me was a preview for Nightmare Before Christmas on a VHS I had, over the years I grew to love his reviews even the ones I didn't agree with...he was that great with words. RIP Roger Ebert.
