The first and third designs especially are looking quite Evangelion-ish.

I really like that second one the most, the other two seem kind of generic I think.

That 2nd one reminds me of those robots from that one EVANGELION episode, the wannabe Evas by a rival company. Supposedly superior, but looked a lot less cooler.
