#1 - There were apparently 2 deaths and another cop killed by Dent that were trimmed from the final version of the movie.
#5 - It could have been, but didn't the matrix turn to dust and then reassemble at one point in the 2nd movie? Couldn't it have been turned to dust in the explosion assuming to destroy it and then reassemble T-1000 style?!
#6 - Charlie got gutted by a creature offscreen...
