The Death of Starscream
Next to Skids and Mudflap(Don't worry, we'll get to them later), Starscream is one of the most hated characters in the Transformers series. He's a slimeball. He's a kissass. He's everything we want to hate in a Decepticon. So, obviously, he had to have one hell of a death scene.
Now let me start off by saying I like how they flipped the expectations of Starscream's death. They gave him the most pathetic and brutal death an any movie. And I'm totally cool with that. What I'm NOT cool with is that the Louis Stevens was the one who killed him.
Need we forget, the relationship between Megatron and Starscream is one of the most memorable elements of the series. All the buildup of these two duking it out was for naught, because Megatron didn't even kill him. Hell, a scene where Megatron reacted to Starscream's death would've been better than what we got!
The one Transformer fight everyone wanted to see and it was killed just as brutally as Starscream himself.

By far, the worst moment. Next to firing Megan Fox and the piss poor scripts of 2 and 3.
