Title: 12 For 12
Plot: Billionaire playboy and owner of men's magazine Fantasies hosts a contest where the winner gets to live out every guy's fantasy: Live in a souped up mansion for a year with a new supermodel roommate each month. Lonely and horny Miles signs him and his friend Zack up as a joke, only for Zack to win. Miles then tries to break into the mansion and try to convince the girls that he is Zack. Things get even more complicated when Zack falls for his Feburary roommate, Carla.
Inspiration: I had a supermodel calender last year and my mind got to wondering.
Cast: Shane Dawson as Zack, my friend Riley Tidmarsh as Miles, real life supermodels as the roommates.

I was immediately intrigued because I was expecting a turn for the worse, like one of the chicks (maybe Carla?) ends up being a psychopath or something, possibly turning into a horror flick.
It can be a horror comedy. but like a zany one like Return of the Living Dead.
Well, it's a comedy. And a very raunchy one at that. Also, Rosie Huntington-Whitely as Carla.
Seems pretty original, give it a shot.
