nice review for Flight, although I think Denzel was good in it (as he always is) I have to disagree, I do not think there was anything outstanding or special about his performance. Outstanding or special in terms of Denzel Washington that is, I'm sure many other actors would love to have a performance like this but Denzel has had FAR better and more impressive roles than this that haven't even gotten nominated, so I think it would be silly if he got a nom for this, and same goes for Zemeckis with this movie as a whole. Entertaining flick with it's moments but overall just nothing special I thought. I look forward to reading your Cloud Atlas review... but first, are there spoilers?
Denzel's maybe had better roles, but not in awhile. I'm not comparing it against his previous roles, but towards the niche he has seemed to set for himself over the last couple years. But, it fully deserves to be up there in great Denzel performances. This Denzel has been dormant for awhile. I don't think Zemeckis deserves award recognition, but Washington for sure, but we'll see how the rest of the "Oscar" films play put.
I try to keep my reviews relatively spoiler free, cause I hate them, so there's really nothing spoilery there I think.

'Flight' was pretty great, and Washington was outstanding. I'll write up a review tonight, unless I get too drunk "Whip Whitaker" style. In that case, sometime in the next couple days.
Looks like a neat film, Washington and Zemeckis! I hope The Ritz will be getting it next week?
Glad to hear that, I heard that plane crash scene is something to behold.

Surprised after looking around the internet, that critics and fans didn't really like 'Wanderlust'. I thought it built nicely throughout and was solidly funny. What did you all think?
I thought it was surprisingly funny and raunchy. Not great, but I thought it was an above average flick, a nice surprise. 6/10 from me, I'd say it's worth a watch and was surprised by all the hate tbh

So, 'American Reunion' was pretty goddamn terrible. The worst of the bunch.
I heard some good things about it, but was really disappointed in the end. Oh, well...
Loved the trilogy but I was real disappointed as well. Fun to see Stifler again and it brought some nostalgia with it but man, even still it was a letdown
They tried to coast on nostalgia. Unfortunately, that doesn't get you too far.

Holy fuck is 'The Iron Lady' a terrible film. This is one of the worst films I've seen in a long while. I would write a review detailing all my exact thoughts, but I'd don't want to dwell on this film much longer than I have to.
