Warrior was awesome! You don't have to be an MMA fan to enjoy it. It's great film with a great cast and some heart. It's a total guy flick! It was hard not to laugh every time Nick Nolte spoke and not hear Moreno's Nolte impersonation. Which is spot on by the way! Great movie and when you see Tom Hardy kick ass and take name's. I can't help but to think oh crap the Dark Knight is in trouble lol.

A buddy of mine came over and brought a little flick called Me and You and Everyone We know. Very cool indie flick, stars the great Jon Hawkes playing a dad with two kids who is going through a divorce. His kids in the film are also great in fact the whole cast is amazing. The film is written and directed by Miranda July who is a performance artist and a published short story writer. The movie is just very unique and quirky. I really enjoyed it.

On Monday I saw Attack the Block and I loved it! Believe! Then on Tuesday I got to watch an early screening of 50/50. JGL and Seth had great chemistry. The movie was hilarious and heartwarming. This two movies are easily in my top 5 of the year, with Drive still at number 1
Nice! I'm dying to see DRIVE. I can't wait for that! I saw some footage from the film at the Comic-Con, and it looks pretty awesome.
I hate you for seeing Drive, but I just wanted to let you know Im seeing Attack the Block tonight!

Colin Farrell and Ray Winstone were superb in London Blvd! Really dug that movie. Also all the 60's british rock. Now I'm hoping to catch Attack the Block later today! I found a theatre that's 45 minutes away that's playing it. I'm so pumped to see it!
Yeah Colin really nailed that part. So did Winstone. Good movie, a bit cliched but still a nice watch

The Rise of The Planet of the Apes was so good! Its easily one of my favorites of the year! Lets start the campaign for Andy Serkis to get nominated for best actor. His facial expressions are the key to the films success imo. Caesar is one of the best characters of the year. I forgot he was a cg character. Everyone should go see it! "Why cookie Rocket?"
I loved it as well, definitely a highlight from the summer and a good alternative to a summer filled with mostly comic book movies.

I was really surprised how much I enjoyed Scream 4. The kills were brutal and having Wes Craven behind the camera and Kevin Williamson writing I think was a good choice. I also really enjoyed Hayden's character (kirby) would of like to of seen more of her.
It was okay...but the film kinda ended up mocking itself, at least in my eyes it did. Also the ending went on way too long.
