Getting ready for my work trip by watching Cedar Rapids (the best comedy of 2011).
Getting ready for my work trip by watching Cedar Rapids (the best comedy of 2011).
I love Blade Runner, it's one of my all time favorite movies. However, I really don't want there to be a sequel. It is a great stand-alone sci-fi film.
Theres only one reason I am humoring it. Ridley Scott is involved and Prometheus is looking great. If this is to Blade Runner what Prometheus is to Alien, than it might work.
I pretty much feel the same way.
But, let's see what Scott can do with PROMETHEUS and we'll see if he's still got it!
Yeah, I love the movie and feel there is no need at all to revisit the world. It'll be really rare if Ridley Scott can catch the magic twice.
The new Spider-Man trailer didn't really do it for me. Maybe it's because I feel this reboot is too soon. Maybe it's because aside from us finally getting to see the Lizard, we've seen most of this story on the big screen already.
Dolph Ziggler has had so many different variations of his theme song.
My Top 10 of 2011
2 was a big surprise for me, can definitely see it being up there on my list, damn!!
I'm ok with Sheamus winning the Royal Rumble, and it was great to see the Road Dogg back in action. But other than that it was a pretty boring Rumble match.

There is no denying the box office success of Avatar. James Cameron has dedicated years to this creation and for the most part the payoff is satisfying. For me when I think of Avatar, I think of true 3D in the way that it's supposed to be seen. Now I'm not a huge advocate of 3D, but I can't deny with how cool this movie looked on the big screen in the third dimension. However, I found the movie even more visually stunning at home on Blu-ray in 2D...[more]...
Saw it like everyone else for the 3D gimmick, but not a fan of this film at all.
Nice review. I totally agree. It was all about the look of the film, when all is said and done. I would rate it about the same.
Meet the Parents is a comedic gem. The sequels however are some of the worst excuses for comedy I've ever seen. This comment is prompted by the fact the I caught Meet the Fockers (for the 1st time since I saw it in theaters) on TV last night before heading to bed.
I agree about the first one, it's a classic and I love it and I can't even tell you how many times I've watched it. Such a great movie. I thought Meet The Fockers was alright though, gets kind of a bad rap IMO. I haven't seen Little Fockers though, I'm kind of afraid to.
Has anyone seen the WWE DVD Breaking the Code: Behind the Walls of Chris Jericho? I haven't seen it... just checking for opinions.
It was OK. One whole disc is a sort of documentary and the other 2 have matches. There's some fun stuff but, I personally thought it could be better.
It's a decent documentary. They cover his career extensively. The WCW stuff was the best part.
Picked up the new Stone Cold Steve Austin DVD from my library and it is great. A very detailed retrospective on perhaps the greatest WWE Superstar of all-time. Lots of good interviews and great matches. Highly recommend for any WWE schmoes. I can't wait for the new Rock DVD/Blu-ray to be released on Feb 21.

Indeed but I'm relieved that it got nominated for action sequence (vault heist/car chase).
Nothing can top that at all in the car chase department.
