Antichrist

Some creepy imagery, and even some scary scenes that made me jump and just overall creepy in tone, even tho it's not a "horror" film per se. Perhaps I'm just de sensitized to violence, but i thought the graphic scenes were gonna be a lot worse, and a lot more of them, tho theyre still hard to watch. While theyre not likable, dafoe and gainsbourg give intense performances, they give their all. It does become a bit of a mindfuck at the end tho. I thought I had it all figured out, but then it throws in something else at the end that made me question what I had thought. Is it misogynist as everyone says? It's all open to interpretation I really don't know what to make of it, maybe it is, maybe not, who knows
