What About Bob did America a public service. Our shrinks prove sometimes that there's nothing wrong with us. We are okay and better-than-okay for being different.

Rain Man was decent primer to autism. Certainly, the movie managed to bring the condition to people's attention. Since the movie's release, oddly enough, autism has grown greatly in our society. Many of us have friends and relatives with high numbers on the autism spectrum.

Black Swan and Fight Club were clever movies. Both played with perception: a key element of the psyche. Both presented the cathartic results of repressed feelings, especially repressed rage.

I like your list.
