Even though I had a whole days filming the propaganda/USO show, I only made it in as a US soldier firing a rifle and a French resistance fighter walking behind Cap on the treadmill

The Matrix sequels really diluted my passion for the series (I believe my passion was lost for a long time up the Wachowki's asses), but I'm watching the first film right now for the first time in a couple of years, and I'm reminded how absolutely superb it is!
The first Matrix is...sooo...good. Reloaded is decent, but when I first saw it I thought to myself, "Self, they really set up a lot of stuff here...it is going to be hard to tie this all together in a cohesive way." Sure enough, the third one was a total fucking mess. Really really disappointing because this could've been up there with the Star Wars trilogy in Scifi canon.
