Damn, that cat is still eating crisps. When will he say enough is enough and talk about his feelings instead of eating them? =\
Hey Cronos, heres a link to my film blog, its god reviews for films. All types of films. From the sleaziest b horror film, to the latest hollywood blockbuster, to the most obscure artsy fartsy flick.
Join, comment, enjoy!

"I'm a little bit older, a little bit wiser, a little bit rounder, but still none the wiser."
Have a safe and happy New Year! Coobbrraaaa!!!
I'm sure Santa left you alot of coal due to your continous shenanigans, but Merry Christmas anyway!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Rusty's Christmas Classics (Silent Night)
Silent cat, smiling cat
Enjoys potato chips, wears his Santa hat
Listens to music, doesn't turn it up loud
Doesn't leave hairballs, you must be proud
Your cat watches you sleep
Your cat watches you sleep
(Didn't mean to creep you out. Just something I noticed about cats. Creepy.)
:D
Have a merry one!
Nice. Nice.
That cat in your display pic is still digging those chips too.
lol Cats rule.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
The debate rages on:
Candied yams or plain old sweet yams?
Yams packed with enough sugar to orbit a 10 year old child or some sweet potatos mixed together with marshmallow fluff and a secret ingredient my mom called "None of your damned business!"?
Both sound pretty tasty. I'm taking both.
Have a happy one!
What! That's a brilliant idea (despite the fact that I'm still 17)! You're right hopefully more chains adopt that, although a couple of times the twats in films have been those that are 18 or over.
Hope you enjoy Solace:)
Hey Cronos sorry for the late reply, I wrote a review in the what films did everyone watch thread, did you read that?
Anyway, its a good movie, I'm still of the opinion that the average Bond movie is better than most action movies. There are a lot of action sequences in the beginning that are well done but I can't think of anything in particular that makes it stand out from the others. I gave it a 7/10 and would say its probably in the top 11 (half) of Bond movies. (Of my personal top 5, four are 8s and one is a 9.)
Also, it may be worth mentioning that I have a fellow Bond-fan friend at school who didn't like Casino Royale but thought this one was brilliant.
I take you're a Bond fan then, did you dig Casino Royale?
Thank ye kindly.
And bees suck ass.
I got stung on the foot by one. I definitely Oh bother'd then.
Oh noooo.
I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
And I'm doing spiffily. How be you?
Yes, worship me like the God I Am! :) Fist Schmoe of the Day and next the WORLD! COOOOBBRRAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks.
Your gluttonous cat avatar is making me want chips. lol I'll take my leave.
3?! I'm only at 2. :(
Congrats, none the less.
Congrats on the Schmoe of the day.....wow 3 times?
Now you have to change it to 3 time SOTD. Wow. But I have to concur with Damone with the call of Shenanigans. You have officially received an order of shenanigans. Officially.
Third time?? This is SUCH a conspiracy. :p
Nah, congrats man.
Three time Schmoe-o-the-day! Enjoy it, revel in it, bath in the envy from all us losers schmoes.
Birthday last week and S.O.T.D today?? What's next?? Coming home to find Angeline Jolie cooking you chops? Congrats, chief : )
man that cat loves chips. Crisps? I dunno.
Happy belated Birthday!
Happy Birthday for yesterday!
Hope you had a good one and recieved loads of movie-related presents!:)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
No shenanigans called on this one!
The big 22!
Hope the presents are plenty and there's no cat fur on the cake.
Have a happy one!
My favourite is Escape from New York, which I thought was really entertaining and recently bought on DVD. I also saw The Thing, which was also really good and alot 'wilder' (if that's the word I'm looking for) then I expected. Halloween also, which is probably my favourite slasher flick; although I don't watch alot of horror.
I liked Passion, gave it an 8, basically for the same reasons you did. Scorsese is my all time favourite director! I've seen 17 of his 20 movies, my 'devotion' to him probably comes from the fact that I saw Goodfellas at a young age and had never seen anything like it and I also liked his other works after checking them out (I sneaked into The Departed and remember being blown away by how awesome it was...although I know you didn't like it:D)
Carpenter is an awesome filmmaker too though, even though I've only seen 3 of his flicks, I liked them all.
Fair enough, but there are a number of atheists who don't like Christ movies, but its good to see that you liked them (I still have to check out Temptation myself). I am religious but no offense caused, after numerous religion arguements I've kinda accepted that people have certain experiences in life that cause them to develop certain beliefs:)
And yeah, Princess Mononoke was great, it definately made me want to check out some other Ghilbli flicks. I shall probably watch Spirited Away 1st, seeing as it seems to be the most acclaimed.
In fact, take pride in the fact that you are probably the only schmoe who I have thought of whilst not 'surfing the web'. We had to show a scene of a movie to analyse for our first lesson of film studies and someone presented a scene from 'The Cat Returns':D, I'll have to check it out.
Also, what happened to your abscence from the LOST tourney:confused:? We are on the final match now.
Hey Cronos!
I realised something mate, you gave Last Temptation of and Passion of Christ 10s. Yet you are a hardcore atheist?
I was just wondering if these are genuine scores for the movies, you know, just scoring them on how much you liked them or if there were some deeper meaning, coz most hardcore atheists seem to hate Christ movies.
Hope the cat is well:)
I'm lovin the profile gif, I love cats and their reactions to crisps
Any work can be draining! At least we have jobs, eh? Hehe...
