Fast & Furious 7 will be set in Los Angeles, like the original film was, according to Vin Diesel. As we know horror director James Wan will be taking the director's job for the seventh film after The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Fast & Furious, Fast Five and Fast and Furious 6 director Justin Lin stepped down, wanting to do something else. I really really really hope Wan surprises because this is a massive undertaking for someone with such little action/stunts experience but with the news that the series will be coming back to the original setting in L.A. man I really really wish Vin Diesel had just gotten his xXx and original The Fast and the Furious director Rob Cohen to come back into the franchise and finish it off, right where they started, coming full circle. But I guess that would've just been too good to be true.

new movie Dermaphoria (based on the Craig Clevenger book) is described as Memento meets Breaking Bad... "A chemist awakens in jail after being involved in a lab explosion that leaves him with memory loss. He holes up in a hotel room and gets increasingly more fucked up on a hallucinogen that distorts his senses enough to allow him to unlock some of his memories. And with cops that want him behind bars, and a group of unlawful goons after him to get at the chemical formulas in his head, he’s driven almost past the point of paranoia-stricken madness. Oh, and his girlfriend, who he may or may not remember, is missing as well." count me in!!
A little confused on how he wakes up in jail but holes up in a hotel room but honestly the film had me at Memento meets Breaking Bad.

it would've been funny if in the new After Earth trailer Will Smith gave us a nod to Independence Day in the scene where they crash land and his son is like 'where are we?'. He should've looked at his son, punched him square in the face and been like 'welcome to Earth!'
Who's to say it won't be in the movie?
That alone would earn my ticket purchase.

man I think this movie looks like a total blast! So excited for this one. Between this, Oblivion and Elysium (and others I'm sure) 2013 looks like an awesome year for original sci-fi movies! Jaden Smith was the one thing holding me back from getting excited for this movie (I haven't liked him in anything and he annoyed the piss out of me in The Day the Earth Stood Still) but from the quick glimpses in this trailer I have to say that I'm surprised and glad to say he's already changing my mind... hope this one turns out well, can't wait!
I think it's a cool trailer too with some really nice visuals but Jayden Smith can't act for shit and that goofy accent from Will Smith is really distracting to me lol... still, I'm definitely interested.
