Review:

I've seen this one a few times now always thought it was alright and enjoyable, but realized last night it's actually a really, really good comedy.

The movie is constantly and consistently hilarious thanks to a solid script and fantastic actors (from leading to supporting and cameos) throughout. The world is ridiculous and just so much fun in how insane it all seems, it's just a joy to be able to watch this world and it's characters tick.

Everything else is pretty standard and safe, from the love interest plot (though it is given some spice due to the world and rude comedy) to the direction to the score, but none of it really needed to be amazing as this movie is just all about the actors having fun and trying to make you laugh, which they certainly do and do quite often.

Overall while the story may not be that amazing and technically it's just an average movie, the laughs more than make up for that and make it a highly enjoyable movie for the humour aspect alone along with the absurd world. It's just a light, silly, crazy time that's nothing terribly new in terms of presentation, story progression or any of that but entertains on a AAA level throughout because of the comedic writing and the fantastic delivery from the comedians and actors alike. Highly recommended.
