In the middle of a Shield rewatch. Just started season 6. I was so worried it was going to jump the shark back in the day at this moment. And the reason it doesn't has so much to do with Walton Goggins. The first episode of that season alone, that one episode, if the rest of the season was absolute shit, deserved an Emmy.

Epitaph Records has struck a deal with comic creator Steve Niles to distribute creator-owned comics. Apparently Epitaph records was not happy with just one failing segment of the entertainment industry and needed another one.

I made that obnoxiously small considering how dark the picture is. Comicbookresource.com has a big picture. I think it looks good. A little less camp than the Smallville one.
It's just one picture, so I'm not going to decide if it'll be suckfest like Smallville yet, but it's a good promotional pic.

Just found out that Carol Danvers will be the next Captain Marvel. Awesome news for a deserving character who unfortunately got demoted to "obligatory female Avenger" over the last year or so.
there is only one captain marvel and his name is billy batson!
but it is nice to see carol get more of the spotlight
Carol is very underrated I'm glad she's finally getting beefed up in the Marvel U

The Walking Dead finale starts off being amazing but eventually falls back on its trademark long-winded dialog. Did Rick really need to give the same speech twice?
He did not need to, no. Ah, well. I can forgive the show its dialogue (most of the time)
If you had a cunt of a wife, a kid who wants to do his own thing, and a group that depends on you yet trashes you when things don't pan out.....you'd have something to say too
This doesnt reflect on Rick, but on the writers the recycled the same dialog within minutes of each of them being said.

Finished Buffy Season 8. Man, the change of medium works well for the concept. First of all, the scope is much larger. The action bigger. The "special effects" are seemingly limitless. When it comes to cursing and sex, they is way less implication and way more just blatant content. Although I wish I read Angel and Spike's books because it seems those series seem to culminate at the end of the series.

Wow that really sucks about HBO's Luck. I wasn't a fan of the show, but I am a fan of Milch. And it is just a sucky situation all around to be stuck in.
had to go read this for myself..damn that sucks..Milch is an amazing writer and Deadwood is one of my favorite shows of all time
